Yes, if it is still showing as available on the website. Our courses are typically oversubscribed and places are limited so we advise booking early.

What do I do if my health authority will pay for me?
Please contact us to request a Health Authority approval form. As soon as your health authority completes and stamps the form and has faxed/e-mailed it back to PACES Ahead, we can book and confirm your place on a course.
The course is full. Can I be added to the waiting list?
If the course you want to attend is full, please contact us to be added to the waiting list and we will contact you as soon as a place is available.

What do I get when I book a course?
As soon as you complete your booking, you will automatically receive an email confirming your booking, venue details, timing and a list of accommodation near the venue.
Will I receive pre-course material?
The PACES Ahead handbook will be provided upon registration at the course.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes, you will receive a VAT receipt via email when you book.
I need a certificate of attendance, how do I obtain one?
You will receive a certificate of attendance at the course.
When do I receive my timetable?
The course timetable is available at the course. The course will start at 9:00 am and finish at 5:30 pm each day.
Is local accommodation available?

Is there parking available?
There is a Pay and Display car park situated at the junction of Blackshaw Road and Maybury Street. Access to the car park is via Blackshaw Road. Charges £20 for 6 hrs plus.
What if I need to cancel/transfer my booking?
If for whatever reason you need to cancel a course booking there is no charge providing up to 14 days notice is given. Cancellations received in the last 14 days preceding the course will not be refundable.
Transfers are dependent upon availability and accepted at no charge if up to 10 working days notice is provided. If a transfer request is made between 5-9 working days before the course, a £25 admin charge will be made. No refund or transfers can be made within 5 working days but substitutes will be accepted.
