Welcome to PACES Ahead

We are a trusted provider of MRCP PACES courses with an unbeatable track record in equipping doctors with the necessary skills and attributes to pass the MRCP PACES examination. An exceptional team of experienced lecturers has been invited to examine and provide focused tuition on our courses, which are held at St. Georges Hospital in London, a Royal College examination centre.

The course has been fully updated to cover the new station 5 "Integrated Clinical Assessment" cases, including all the systems in an identical format to the MRCP PACES exam. You will have the opportunity to examine a large number of patients with a variety of signs in small groups of 6 candidates. We typically cover 100 short cases over the weekend in a structured bedside teaching format with emphasis on technique and style. All PACES Ahead candidates have the opportunity to practise physical examination, history taking and communication skills themselves.

The MRCP PACES course concludes with our ever-popular lecture providing hints and tips for passing your PACES exam.
